Who we are

HeadCase creates stigma-free spaces where mental health stories can be safely told, heard, and reflected upon. Founded in St. John’s, Newfoundland, HeadCase events combine ethical storytelling, peer reflection, and structured moderation to build community well-being outside the clinical system.

Vision

A culture where mental health is discussed openly, with the same ease as physical health.

Mission

To create warm, welcoming spaces where people feel safe to share and listen.

Values

Authenticity: Real talk, real people, real support.

Community: Strengthening everyday networks to complement professional care.

Challenging Silence: Bringing unspoken experiences into the light.

Impact: Turning conversation into measurable social change.
