Lifewise Warmline (NL)
Due to the geographical challenges of our province along with increasing demand in isolated regions, we also provide individual support through our provincial Warmline.
Available in in both French and English, the Warmline offers support and information from trained Lifewise staff to the public 14 hours a day (10AM to 12AM), seven days a week. The numbers to call are 1-855-753-2560 for support in English, and 1-833-753-5460 in French.

A great resource for all things mental health related in Canada.
The CMHA website delivers guidance on programing and national mental health initiatives, plus there are provincial arms of the organisation that can offer guidance into local programming and supports.
